If something has gone wrong — a charge you don't recognise, a refund, a cancellation that didn't take effect, or a service failure — write to info@ouitech.net or call +92 371 3314155. Please include your account email and, for a payment issue, the transaction reference.

  • We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days.
  • We aim to resolve it within 10 business days, and tell you in writing if a matter needs longer and why.
  • Not satisfied? Reply marked “Escalation — for the attention of the Director” and it goes straight to the company's director.
